Dodge Ball
Life comes in full circle. We are given the opportunity to look at the road we have traveled throughout our lives, mine started with elementary school. I was a dorky kid and never had any friends. I was always the last kid in class picked for dodge ball and I hated it. This has followed me through out my life. It was one of my stretches in the life training course I took. Believing that I am worthy of being picked first. Funny isn't it that we have a vehicle in this life that lends itself to us to either embrace or turn away from. So I ask you what is your vehicle? Do you embrace it or run from it. I have found a spot in my life to love the lessons of elementary hell and dodge ball. Welcome to the game of life is what I tell myself when I once again approach a dodge ball moment. This is when I have the opportunity to step up and be captain of the team, the hell with waiting to be picked. Don't you love it. So share your dodge ball moments and take notice if they are presenting an opportunity to you once again. I will share with you what it took for me to step up and be my own captain.
